Beet It Party Salad!

This is a tribute to one of my favorite performers Michael Jackson!! My BEET IT salad, nothing short of amazing bursting in flavors! Not to mention the added benefits of beets include: helps regulate blood sugar, boosts stamina, fights inflammation, rich in fiber, and helps detox body!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup of Cooked & Cooled Diced Organic Non GMO Beets

  • 1/2 cup of diced zucchini

  • 1/2 cup of diced yellow squash

  • pinch of mexican chili flakes

  • drizzle of coconut nectar or raw honey

  • sprouted garbonzo beans or mung beans

  • 1 tsp of garlic

  • 1/2 of an apple diced

  • 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoon of cold pressed olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter or cashew butter

  • 1 tablespoon of liquid aminos or gluten free tamari

  • handful of alfalfa sprouts

  • top with hemp seeds & raw almonds or favorite nuts

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Put all veggies together

  • Mix evenly with seasoning, Top with hemp seeds & nuts and ENJOY!
