If you are like me I LOVE Ice Cream, but I am also lactose intolerant I do not do well with regular cow's milk, but I found a alternative to regular ice cream that tastes even better! Coconut Bliss, OMG they have so many different flavors, and they are made with coconut milk, so yummy and also coconut is a healthy fat that is anti-viral, and fantastic for strengthing our immune systems.
