Butternut Squash Kale Salad

Whenever its the fall season I crave a super yummy hearty salad, this one definitely hits the spot! Beautiful colors, flavors, and will make you feel like a million bucks. Perfect for a party, or potluck, you will not dissapoint. ENJOY :) #PartyInYourMouth
Ingredients
For the dressing:
3 to 4 tablespoons tahini
Juice of 1 lemon
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoon of tamari
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
For the salad:
1 medium butternut squash peeled, halved, seeded, and cut into 3/4-inch cubes (steamed for 5-7 mins until cooked)
1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup of cherry tomatos
3 tablespoon of spiced pecans
3/4 cup of organic corn
pinch of himalyana sea salt
1/2 Cup of Figs
Freshly ground black pepper
2 bunches kale (stemmed)
Handful of Hemp Seeds
