VANILLA BERRY SMOOTHIE

After a great yoga & cardio session, I decided to make a vanilla berry protein smoothie! This is super yummy and filled with antioxidants that help fight free radicals! YUMMY!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Scoop of Your Favorite Vanilla Protein ( I used Pea Protein)
2 Cups of Spring Water
3/4 Cup Blueberries
3/4 Cup Strawberries
Handful of Spinach
4-5 Pitted Meedjol Dates
Sprinkle of Chia Seeds
