VANILLA BERRY SMOOTHIE

After a great yoga & cardio session, I decided to make a vanilla berry protein smoothie! This is super yummy and filled with antioxidants that help fight free radicals! YUMMY!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Scoop of Your Favorite Vanilla Protein ( I used Pea Protein)

  • 2 Cups of Spring Water

  • 3/4 Cup Blueberries

  • 3/4 Cup Strawberries

  • Handful of Spinach

  • 4-5 Pitted Meedjol Dates

  • Sprinkle of Chia Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

BLEND, TOP WITH CHIA SEEDS & ENJOY!
