Need a pre-workout meal filled with protein! This is a fantastic way to start your day FRESH!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cups Gluten Free Granola

  • 1 Teaspoon Flaxseeds

  • 2 Teaspoons of Hemp Seeds

  • Handful of Mulberries

  • Handful of Fresh or Dried Raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS:
