Stir Fry Garlic Ginger Kale

I love me some stir-fry because I grew up on Taiwanese cuisine, but this is a healthier version because we are using coconut oil which cooks very well in high heat, and is anti-viral, and strengthens immune system. Super yummy recipe, give it a GO! :)
INGREDIENTS:
Quinoa
2 Cups Cooked Quinoa & Cooled
Stir Fry Kale
1 Clove Garlic
1 Slice of thingly sliced Ginger
2-3 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
2 Teaspoon of Himalayan Sea Salt
Pinch of Cayenne
1 Teaspoon of Coconut Aminos or Gluten Free Tamari
Steamed Farm Veggies ( Use What You Have)
3/4 Cup Zuchinni
3/4 Cup Purple Cauliflower
3/4 Cup Mixed Veggies
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook Quinoa & Cool, Steam Veggies, and Stir Fry Kale! Assemble, top with Seasame Seeds, Side of Lemon, and Sushi Ginger (Optional)
