Vanilla Matcha Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Cup of Natierra Chia Seeds

  • 2 Cups of Almond Milk

  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Tablespoon of Matcha Powder

  • 3 Meedjol Dates (Pitted)

  • 2 Tablespoon of Cashews

  • 1 Tsp of Cinnamon Powder

  • Top with Fresh Fruit & Granola

I have been using Natierra products & absolutely love their quality of superfoods! So far I have used their chia seeds for my puddings, smoothies, and in desserts! You can find them at local Whole Foods Market! http://natierra.com

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend wet ingredients, mix with chia seeds, top with fresh fruit & granola.
