Summer Time Salad

Super hot these days in NY and I am sure warming up everywhere. This is a refereshing salad to keep you cool & energized during the summer time! ENJOY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Cup Julienned Kale

  • 1/2 Cup Thingly Sliced Purple Cabbage

  • 1/2 Cup of Thingly Sliced Romaine Cabbage

  • 1 Diced Roma Tomatoe

  • Sprinkle Sesame Seeds

  • 2 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon of Tahini

  • Edible Flowers (OPTIONAL)

  • 1 Whole Lemon Juice

  • 1 Teaspoon of Herb Mix (Oregano, Basil, Spice Mix)

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

Mix and ENJOY!
