Sesame Brown Rice Carrot Orange Salad

If your looking for something light, refreshing, and super fresh this brown rice dish is perfect for serving springtime picnics! The best part is the Carrot Orange Ginger dressing made with Green Mustache's YuMMMY juice!
INGREDIENTS:
4 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
1 Cup Cucumbers Sliced
1 Cup Bell Peppers
1/2 Cup Shitake Mushrooms Diced
3/4 Cup of Cilantro
Handful of Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 Tablesppon Grapeseed Oil
1/2 Avocado Cubed
3/4 Cup Shredded Carrots
1 Tsp of Ginger Powder
1 Tablespoon of Hemp Seeds
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
3 Tablespoon of Tamari ( Gluten Free Soy Sauce)


CARROT ORANGE GINGER DRESSING:
1 Bottle of Green Mustache Carrot Orange Smoothie
3/4 Cup of Pickled Ginger ( Asian Grocery Store)
1/2 Cup of Pistachios (No Shells)
1 Tablespoon of Tamari
1 Tsp of Toasted Sesame Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Cook and Cool Brown Rice, Chop Veggies then Combine with Rice, Blend Dressing and Combine, Top with Fresh Cilantro & Hemp Seeds! ENJOY!
