I had so much fun at The Seed: Market in NYC sharing my YUMMY Plant Based Recipes! :) Thank you for everyone who came to support! As promised here are the recipes we shared! Can't wait to see you all at our future events!

RECIPES
MEXICAN WALNUT PATE SALAD

GRAPEFRUIT SALSA
1/2 Cup Fresh Cut Grapefruit
1/2 Cup Tomatoes
1 Cucumbers
Half Small Red Onion
Handful Chopped Cilantro
1/2 Lemon Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp Coconut Nectar
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Cayenne & Chili Flakes Optional
Chopped Romaine Lettuce
Cubed Avocados
Need Red Cabbage for bowl (OPTIONAL)
MOCK GROUND “BEEF”
1 Cup Organic Walnuts Processed in Food Processor Until ground beef consistency, add in 2 Tsp Liquid Aminos or Tamari or Coconut Aminos, Add Pinch of Cumin & Coriander.
CILANTRO CASHEW CREAM SAUCE
Bunch of Cilantro
1/2 Cup Cashew
2 Tsp Tiger Nut Oil
1 Tsp Coconut Nectar
Half Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos
Blend in blender or processor until creamy!
Plate w/ Non-GMO Low Sodium Baked Corn Chips or Flax Crackers
STRAWBERRY ACAI SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:
1 Bottle of Organic Gemini Strawberry Tigernut Horchata or Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Fresh Strawberries
2 pitted Meedjol dates
2 Tablespoon of Acai Powder
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
1 Teaspoon of Mangosteen Powder
Top with unsweetened Coconut flakes
