Tahini Kale Sprout Salad

This is my amazing tahini kale salad with alfalfa sprouts + colorful veggies!! This is a must try recipe, super creamy, yummy, and hearty! Will definitely win your friends over if they don't already love KALE! :)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Bunches of Kale (stemed & washed)

  • 1/2 cup of diced zucchini

  • 1/2 cup of diced yellow squash

  • 1/2 cup of diced cherry tomatos

  • 1/2 cup of diced yellow bell peppers

  • pinch of cayenne

  • drizzle of coconut nectar or raw honey

  • sprouted garbonzo beans or mung beans

  • 1 tsp of garlic & onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoon of cold pressed olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of tahini ( ground sesame paste)

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • handful of alfalfa sprouts

  • top with hemp seeds (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash and destem kale, drain water and drizzle olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and your choice of sweetner ( coconut nectar or honey)

  2. season your kale and massage it with hands until nice and soft ( goal is to soak in the flavors)

  3. add rest of veggies top with hemp seeds and ENJOY!
