2 Cups Spring Water
2 Whole Peeled Oranges
1 Tablespoon of Honey or Coconut Nectar
2 Tsp of Hemp Seeds
1 Tsp of Chia Seeds
1 Tsp of Moringa Powder
1 Tsp of Mangosteen Powder
1 Tsp of Turmeric Powder
1 Small Nob of Ginger Peeled (Optional)
Handful of Spinach
