Incase you missed our AWESOME New York Cooking Event at The Seed: Market
I promised I would provide recipes to all our yummy creations! HERE they are! ENJOY!
KALE BANANA ENERGY SMOOTHIE!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Kale
2 Cup Tigernut Milk/ Almond
1 Tsp of Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon of Goji Berries
½ of Lemon Juice
1 Banana
1 Orange
INSTRUCTIONS:
BLEND & ENJOY!
BENEFITS:
ENERGY, DETOX, FIBER!
ZUCCHINI PASATA w/ CHIMICHURI SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Zucchini Pasta (Using Spirlizer)
½ Cup Carrots Pasta (Using Spirlizer)
½ Cup Baked Acorn Squash
¾ Cup Mandolin Watermelon Radish
1 Tsp of Green Onions
1 Tablespoon of Hemp Seeds
CHIMICHURI SAUCE:
Handful of Cilantro & Parsley
Olive Oil/Grapeseed Oil
Pinch of Salt,Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper
2 Romaine Tomatoes, 1 Tablespoon of onion, 3 Tablespoon of Nutritional Yeast, 2 Juices of Lemon!
GET SPIRALIZER HERE FOR $12:
APRICOT ALMOND ENERGY TRUFFLES

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Dried Apricots
½ Cup Golden Raisins
1 Cup Raw Almonds
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract or Bean
Pinch of Cinnamon
Coat with unsweetened coconut
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pulse raw almonds in food processor, until fine.
Add in apricots, raisins, and rest of ingredients, except coconut.
Process until dough like, and mold into small balls, coat with coconut.
Leave in fridge for 30 min before serving for better texture. ENJOY!
