RAINBOW SALAD!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 Cup Romaine Tomatos

  • 3/4 Cup Butter Leaf Lettuce

  • 1 Whole Romaine Lettuce

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1/2 Cup or Organic Corn

  • 1 Whole Cucumber

  • Toppings: Hemp Seeds, Cranberries

DRESSING:

  • Balsalmic Dressing

- 2 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar, 1 Tablepsoon of Olive Oil, 1 Teaspoon of Coconut Nectar/Maple Syrup, Salt & Pepper to Taste!

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Chopp all veggies into bite size, and toss in dressing with toppings! ENJOY!
