Red Curry Kelp Noodles!

INGREDIENTS:
1 Bag of Kelp Noodles
1 Cup of Frozen Mixed Veggies
1 Clove of Garlic Diced
2 Tbsp of Bell Peppers
2 Tsp of Onions
1/2 Tsp of Ginger
1 Tsp of Chives
4 Tablespoons of Curry Paste
1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tsp of Olive Oil
Toppings: MicroGreens, Sesame Seeds, Mixed Cold Veggies ( Butternut Squash + Beets) OPTIONAL
DIRECTIONS:
Place Olive Oil on Heated Pan, Put Ginger,Onions, Garlic, Chives, Bell Peppers Until Golden Brown.
Put in Curry Paste, add in frozen veggies, then coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, and stir even.
Prepare Kelp Noodles in boiling water (5-7mins), or soak over night in lemon juice with water until soften. Place noodles into curry sauce, serve with favorite toppings! ENJOY!
