Wild Mushroom Salad

Mushrooms are one of the most underated foods ever! They have been around for decades and was used as a ancient modality for healing! Any way I can include wild mushrooms into my lifestyle I do! Here is a simple & YUMMY mushroom salad. ENJOY
INGREDIENTS:
Handful of wild mushrooms
¾ Cup Sprouted Kamut
chopped fresh parsley
4 Tbsp lemon juice/ rice vinegar
2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1 Tbsp of tomato & olive
1 tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper pinch sea salt + pepper
1 tsp sun dried tomato caper spread
3 tsp of onion & garlic seasoning
dice half a shallot
pinch of sea salt
1 fresh fig
¾ cup lentils (cooked & cooled)
micro greens
