Wild Mushroom Salad

Mushrooms are one of the most underated foods ever! They have been around for decades and was used as a ancient modality for healing! Any way I can include wild mushrooms into my lifestyle I do! Here is a simple & YUMMY mushroom salad. ENJOY

INGREDIENTS:

  • Handful of wild mushrooms

  • ¾ Cup Sprouted Kamut

  • chopped fresh parsley

  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice/ rice vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp grapeseed oil

  • 1 Tbsp of tomato & olive

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper pinch sea salt + pepper

  • 1 tsp sun dried tomato caper spread

  • 3 tsp of onion & garlic seasoning

  • dice half a shallot

  • pinch of sea salt

  • 1 fresh fig

  • ¾ cup lentils (cooked & cooled)

  • micro greens

INSTRUCTIONS:
