Pistachio Cacao Protein Truffles

These Pistachio Cacao Truffles have no added sugar! Super easy and delicious. The best thing about these truffles are they are filled with pea protein great for muscle recovery and supporting healthy skin!

VEGAN. ORGANIC. GLUTEN-FREE.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Meedjol Dates ( Pitted & Soaked in Water)

  • 2 Cup Organic Walnuts

  • 2 Tablespoon Growing Naturals Yellow Pea Protein Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Bean Powder

  • Pinch of himalayan Sea Salt

  • Coat w/ Chopped Pistachios

  • Most Important Ingredient: Lots Of Love! ;)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Soak pitted meedjol dates in water for 5 min to soften, than drain.

  • Place walnuts, Growing Naturals Pea Protein in food processor and pulse until evenly ground

  • Add in dates that have been drained, and add spices.

  • Pulse in processor until you get a nice dough.

  • Coat in chopped pistachio, Refrigerate 5-7 min before serving! ENJOY
