Gluten Free Cake POPS!

Ever dream about CAKE POPS!??? Well now you can have your CAKE and eat it too! These SCRUMPTIOUS babies are not only gluten free, but high in protein, and healthy fats! Make sure you make enough as these will dissapear in no time!
Makes 20 Pops!
INGREDIENTS:
Filling:
2 Cups Walnuts
1 Cup Pitted Meedjol Dates
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Pinch of Vanilla Bean Powder (Optional)
Dash of Salt ( Optional)
4 Tablespoon of Sunflower/ Almond Butter
Corn Skewers
BLEND IN FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL, IT BECOMES A DOUGH. ROLL INTO BALLS AND PUT SKEWERS AND FREEZE FOR 10 MINS.
Chocolate:
Use 2 Cups of your favorite gluten free dairy free chocolate, or make your own ( 3/4 cup coconut oil, 4 Tablespoon cacao powder, 5 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup, 2 Tablespoon of Cacao Butter)
MELT CHOCOLATE WHILE DOUGH IS FREEZING, YOU WANT THE CONSISTENCY TO BE THICK AND EASILY PLIABLE. TAKE THE CAKE POPS AND DIPP INTO CHOCOLATE AND FREEZE FOR 5 MIN.
Toppings:
Dehydrated Raspberries (Mashed Up)
Coconut Flakes
Cacao Nibs
Hemps Seeds
TAKE OUT CAKE POPS AND DIP LAST TIME INTO CHOCOLATE AND TOP WITH YOUR FAVORITE TOPPINGS
ENJOY! These may last up to 2-3 days in freezer, and take out of fridge 30 min before serving!
